Have you moved to Finland to study or for work?
City of Helsinki has recently published a step-by-step guide to help you understand the immigration process. The handbook also explains which public authorities you need to contact before and/or upon your arrival.
The service will provide personalized instructions for each user and give guidance on how to manage issues with the finnish authorities and in which order certain things must be done.
The guide is published by City of Helsinki's immigration service in co-opearation with At work in Finland project.
As part of the same project, International House Helsinki was launched last year to cater the needs of employers and skilled internationals.
