Welcome to TAKU’s annual spring meeting 24th May
As a member you are warmly welcome to attend TAKU's annual spring meeting on May 24th.
Time: Friday 24th of May, from 5 pm to 6.30 pm
Place: You can participate live in Helsinki or remote via Zoom (we will send you a link).
Address: Ratavartijankatu 2 A, 00520 Helsinki/ Pasila (1st floor, meeting room Tohtori)
Programme:
- Ratifying the annual report and the financial statement of the year 2023 and admitting a freedom of responsibility to the board of TAKU
- Award ceremony for the annual TAKUtuki-prize
- Awarding badges of honor to long-term members in positions of trust
Language in the meeting is mainly Finnish.
Please, register by May 20th at the latest. Meeting material and a link will be sent in advance to all registered participants.
Our annual meetings are open for all the members of TAKU but places at the conference room are limited. Therefore we kindly ask you to sign up beforehand whether you will participate the meeting in the conference room or via Zoom.
The registration is binding. If you need to cancel your registration, please send us an email to taku@taku.fi by Monday 20th of May.
