Our members have access to a broad range of free training, the topics of which support employment competence and members’ job searches. Akava Special Branches’ career training also offers support for members’ job search, identifying their own skills, and career planning.

Expert employment counselling

We help our members when it comes to art and culture sector employment contracts, employment terms and salary. If your employer is not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, you can use TAKU’s salary and employment term recommendations. You can also ask us to check your contract before you sign it, so don’t hesitate to get in touch!
