Updating your member information is easy

You can update your member information (such as contact details, employment information, employment status) via Akava Special Branches. You can easily update your information on the members' online services, by using the forms below, or by contacting the Akava Special Branches member service.

Updating member information online

If your matter concerns employer information or temporay unemployment you can use these forms:

There have been changes to my employer information (e.g. change of employer)
I am or I am about to be unemployed or temporarily laid off

Please remember to mention your full name, date of birth and membership number in the email. In urgent cases, it is recommended to contact member service by phone.
