Welcome to TAKU’s annual autumn meeting on 28th November

Time: Friday 28th of November, from 5 pm to 7.30 pm
Place: Ratavartijankatu 2A, 00520 Helsinki (conference room Tohtori, 1. floor) or online via Zoom (we will send you a link).

Programme:

    • Ratifying the plan for action and budget for the year 2026
    • Voting for new members to TAKU's board: four members and four debuty members for the year 2026-2027, student member for the year 2026 and a chairman for the year 2026.
      If you are interested in responsible position in TAKU, it is possible to stand for the election before Nov 21 >>
    • Award ceremony for the annual TAKU's honorable mentions, Specialist and Act of the Year 2025.

Language of the meeting is mainly Finnish

Our annual meetings are open for all the members of TAKU but places in the conference room are limited. Therefore we kindly ask you to sign up beforehand whether you will participate the meeting in the conference room or via Zoom.

Materials, link for the remote Zoom-attendance and guidance for voting will be send to all participants in advance by email.

The registration is binding. If you need to cancel your registration, please send us an email to taku@taku.fi  by Wednesday Nov 26.
