We recommend that you join TAKU already while you study. This will give you all the membership benefits, allowing you to work towards meeting your earnings-related unemployment benefit’s working condition through, for instance, summer jobs or other studies.
If you have any income from work, your membership fee will be 1.3% of all your salary income under withholding, such as your gross salary, holiday remuneration, and money and natural benefits (including lunch and phone benefits).
You will not pay any membership fees for student benefits or grants. Remember: a membership fee is tax-deductible.
TAKU cooperates extensively with the student organizations of the field. We have entered into cooperation agreements with organizations for students of a certain field, as well as with general organizations.
Our student organization partners in universities include, among others: cultural studies, art studies, literature, art history, art education, visual art, digital culture, design and cultural management. In addition our student organization partners in polytechnics include cultural managers, designers and visual artists etc.
The purpose of TAKUtuki is to strengthen the research and awareness of arts and culture sector. The support is 250 € / work and it will be granted for four students in a year. The yearly application period is from april till may.
